1.2. Service Description:
WYN Pay provides the following services to its customers:

Transaction Management: WYN Pay systematically records and manages customer accounts, received funds, repayment deadlines, and pending balances.
Payment Reminders & Account Statements: Proper reminder notifications will be provided to ensure customers pay their installments or pending amounts on time. Additionally, customer account statements will be sent via WhatsApp in PDF format.
There are no joining fees to enroll in WYN Pay. However, the following qualifications and documents are mandatory to open an account:
2.1. Must have completed 18 years of age (Adult Customers):
Identity Proof:
Copy of Aadhaar Card - [Aadhaar Redacted]
PAN Card
Bank Passbook
Mobile Number (Must be a bank-linked mobile number equipped with WhatsApp facility.)
2.2. Administrative Policy on Aadhaar Submission: A copy of the applicant’s government-approved identity proof (Aadhaar card - [Aadhaar Redacted]) must be submitted. (For security reasons, applicants must submit only a 'Masked Aadhaar' copy where the first 8 digits of the Aadhaar number are hidden and only the last 4 digits are visible.)
If a full Aadhaar is submitted: If an applicant mistakenly or inadvertently submits a copy containing the full Aadhaar number, the administration will reject or redact/mask such a document to protect the customer's privacy.
The conditions for using the financial services provided by WYN Pay are as follows:
3.1. Credit Facility: A credit facility is provided to eligible customers based on their transaction history and eligibility. WYN Pay alone reserves the right to determine the limit and conditions for this facility.
3.2. Service Charges: To ensure that you can use the credit facility at any time, the credit limit allocated to the customer is kept ready-to-use at all times.
This weekly service charge is levied specifically for the ready-to-use credit facility, the digital platform providing immediate solutions to your financial needs, the technical management required for this, and the administrative services for maintaining your account securely.
WYN Pay charges a weekly fee of ₹20 for credit access and digital management services.
This service fee will be calculated and charged on a weekly basis until the customer fully repays the availed credit facility amount.
Clarification: This fee is applicable only up to the week in which the customer fully repays the availed credit facility amount.
Example: If you avail a credit facility of ₹2,000 and repay it within the first week itself, the charge for that week will be only ₹20. No further charges will be collected thereafter.
3.3. Transaction Transparency: The details of each customer's credit transaction will be clearly specified in the account statement provided by the company.
3.4. Repayment Tenure: Customers must fully repay the credit facility granted to them within the stipulated deadline.
3.5. Fund Availability: The provision of a credit facility depends entirely on the fund availability and liquidity of the company during that respective period.
3.6. Subject to Terms and Conditions: All credit facility requests will be considered subject to the company's current operational rules and policies. The company reserves the full right to make changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice.
4.1. Tiered Credit Limit System: In WYN Pay, the credit limit is determined based on the customers' reliability and their ability to repay the credit facility.
4.2. Initial Credit Limit: All new customers can initially obtain a credit facility up to a maximum of ₹500. Only after the customer successfully and fully repays this initial credit amount will they become eligible for the next higher credit limit tier.
4.3. Limit Progression: After the successful completion of the first credit facility cycle, the credit limit will be progressively increased up to ₹5,000 depending on the customer's performance.
4.4. Maximum Limit (₹5,000): For every 5 weeks that the credit facility is used and service charges are paid properly, the customer's credit limit will be increased by ₹1,000. This process will continue up to a maximum of ₹5,000. Furthermore, these limits are subject to change depending on the company's fund availability status.
4.5. Management Decision: The WYN Pay management holds the final decision regarding increasing the credit limit or determining customer eligibility. These decisions are binding on the customers.
5.1. Credit Allocation: A credit facility ranging from ₹500 to ₹5,000 will be allocated to each customer based on their eligibility. Customers can use the credit facility whenever needed, within this allocated credit limit.
5.2. Service Charge System: Regardless of how much credit facility customers use within their credit limit (ranging from ₹500 to ₹5,000), a fixed weekly service charge of only ₹20 will be levied.
Example: Whether you avail ₹500 or ₹5,000, the weekly service charge remains only ₹20.
5.3. Charge Duration: This weekly service charge will be calculated and collected only up to the week in which the customer fully repays the availed credit amount. Once the credit facility amount is fully repaid, no further charges will be collected.
6.1. Credit Limit Re-adjustment: Until the customer fully repays the availed credit facility amount, a portion of the monthly installments they pay will be re-added to their available credit limit.
6.2. Calculation Logic:
Every time an installment amount is paid, 50% (half of the amount) of it will be automatically added to their available credit limit.
Through this, as the customer reduces the outstanding amount, their limit for re-availing the credit facility (credit limit upgradation) will increase instantly.
Example:
Suppose you use a credit facility of ₹5,000.
If you pay installments of ₹500 per month for 2 months, you will have paid a total of ₹1,000.
Half of this paid installment amount, which is ₹500 (50% of ₹1,000), will be additionally added to your available credit limit. You can re-avail this whenever needed.
Start of Charges: Since account maintenance, digital services, communication, and administrative tasks begin from the very first day of the first week of receiving the credit facility (From Day 1 of Week 1), the weekly service charge will also be calculated starting from that same first day.
Calculation of Service Charge Payment Period: Every 7 days from the date the customer receives the credit facility will be calculated as one week. It is mandatory to pay the service charge every week on Wednesday.
If the credit amount is received on a Wednesday, it is necessary to pay the service charge for the first week on that very same date (Wednesday). Following that, the weekly charge will be collected every Wednesday.
Meanwhile, even if the account is closed in the middle of the week (prior to Wednesday), it is essential to pay the full service charge for the current week before closing the account.
This charge will continue only until the week you fully repay the credit amount you have used.
Weekly Report: Reports regarding the pending service charges and used credit details for each week will be continuously sent to you via WhatsApp.
Minimum Installment: A minimum of ₹500 must be paid every month (once every 30 days).
(Or)
Customers can also pay an amount higher than this minimum as per their convenience. This will help reduce their outstanding balance quickly and save on service charges.
If the amount is less than ₹500: If the credit limit used by the customer is less than ₹500, the entire remaining pending credit amount must be fully repaid in a single installment.
Based on the date the customer receives the credit amount, the rules for the due date of the first installment are as follows:
Within the first 10 days of the month (1st to 10th): If the credit amount is received, the first installment must be paid by the 3rd of the following month.
Example:
If a customer receives credit on January 5th, the first installment must be paid by February 3rd.
Thereafter, subsequent installments must be paid by the 3rd of every month (March 3rd, April 3rd...).
From the 11th to the 31st of the month (11th to the end of the month): If the credit amount is received, skip the immediately following month and pay the first installment by the 3rd of the month after that.
Example:
If a customer receives credit on January 15th, skipping the immediately following month of February, the first installment must be paid by March 3rd (the month after that).
Thereafter, subsequent monthly installments must continue to be paid by the 3rd of every month (April 3rd, May 3rd...).
After the First Installment: Following the payment of the first installment, subsequent monthly installments must continue to be paid by the 3rd of every month.
Duration: This installment system will remain in effect until the customer completely repays the total credit amount used.
The following facilities are provided for paying the weekly service charges and monthly installment amounts related to WYN Pay's credit facility:
Payment via UPI such as GPay / PhonePe / Paytm (Instant Pay):
The weekly account statement or reminder message sent to you will include buttons such as 'Pay ₹20' (for service charges) or 'Pay Credit' (for installment amounts). By clicking on them, you can pay your charges and installments directly.
(Or)
You can transfer money directly to the official UPI ID approved by WYN Pay.
UPI ID: wynpay@upi
Important Note: Whichever method you use to make the payment, it will be updated in your account immediately. A confirmation message will be sent to you right after the transaction.
Registered Mobile Number is Mandatory: When paying their installment amounts and weekly service charges, customers must use only the UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, etc.) linked with the exact mobile number registered in their WYN Pay account.
Avoiding Other Numbers: Amounts paid through different mobile numbers or other people's accounts will not be properly recorded in the customer's account. The company will not be responsible for such transactions.
Auto-Debit: Until the auto-debit system becomes fully operational, customers must manually transfer their payments using the methods mentioned above.
When the auto-debit system is active, if a transaction fails due to insufficient funds in the customer's bank account, the following rules will apply:
Bank Penalty Charges: In the event of a transaction failure, the respective bank will be solely responsible for the bounce charges (Bounce Charges / NACH Failure Penalty) levied according to the customer's bank policies. WYN Pay has no connection to this, and the WYN Pay company will not be responsible for these charges under any circumstances.
Continuation of Weekly Charges: If the payment for a specific week is not received due to an auto-debit failure, the weekly charge for that period will continue to be calculated and added to the customer's account starting from the first day of the following week.
Impact on Customer Eligibility: Continuous auto-debit failures will affect the customer's credit score and rating. Consequently, eligibility for obtaining new credit facilities in the future may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
If a customer intentionally provides false information or intends to cheat by obtaining a credit facility and deliberately failing to settle the account, the management will consider such individuals as "Defaulting Customers" and take the following strict actions:
10.1. Blacklist: The customer status of those engaging in violations may be immediately canceled, or they will be permanently removed from the WYN Pay platform. They will never be able to obtain WYN Pay's Credit Facility services at any time in the future.
10.2. Field Visit & Recovery: Management representatives will directly visit the customer's residence or office to advise them to settle the account. Administrative travel expenses and other expenses incurred during such direct visits will be added additionally to the customer's outstanding balance.
10.3. Social and Legal Action: If the account remains unsettled for a long time in violation of our terms, the management will take subsequent legal actions against the customer. Based on this, appropriate legal proceedings will be filed in court against the concerned individual to recover the outstanding amount.
10.4. Additional Expenses: All additional expenses incurred during legal actions, including court fees, lawyer fees, and administrative travel expenses and other additional expenses, will be fully recovered directly from the customer through the court. All these expenses will be settled along with their total outstanding balance.
10.5. Management Authority: The management holds the absolute authority to choose between direct recovery or social and legal action.
Important Note:
The aforementioned strict regulatory and legal measures directly apply to all individual customers who have completed 18 years of age.
11.1. Data Collection: We collect only the essential information required to provide our services. This includes the customer's name, address, date of birth, government-approved identity proof ([Aadhaar Redacted]), PAN card, registered mobile number, and bank details.
11.2. Purpose: The information we collect is used solely to provide you with better services, verify financial transactions, and comply with legal regulations.
11.3. Data Security: Your information is stored with the highest level of security (Encryption). Under no circumstances will your information be sold or shared with third parties or advertising agencies. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will immediately notify the affected customers.

11.7. Data Deletion: If a customer wishes to permanently delete their account, their data will be deleted upon request after the legally mandated retention period expires.
